My name is Rachel Feldman. I’m a certified health coach and detox specialist, and, man, have I been there. I understand the exhaustion, the struggle with belly bloat, and how badly you just want an answer to your health problems, because that was my experience, too.
Throughout my own journey, I was told countless times that I had leaky gut, and that was why I had no energy. At the time, all I could think was, “What does that even mean?” I just wanted to feel happy & healthy again, whatever it took.
My leaky gut led to a whole host of issues: weight gain, hormonal imbalances, poor sleep, low energy, acne on my face, an overall feeling of exhaustion, and an excess of other unexplained health problems.
After all those doctor’s appointments and office visits, I was over it, as I’m sure you are, too. So I set out on a mission to discover what would really work to help my body restore itself to health.
I quickly learned that all disease, and thus all health, begins in the gut, meaning that the most important thing you can do for your health is get your gut back to its former glory. Before long, I found myself in tiptop shape. I lost the weight, increased my energy, started sleeping better, got rid of the acne, and got back into balance.
When clients started coming to me with their own digestive troubles, I knew I couldn’t keep what I’d learned a secret, so I created the Sexy Gut Program, a 6-week online course to help kick all the frustration, defeat, and digestive distress to the curb.
