#3. Grab an old school marble notebook or write it all down on a whiteboard.

#4. Answer these questions:

#1. What is your #1 business building goal? We all have goals in business, what are yours? What do you want MOST to happen in 2016 in regards to your business?

#2. Where do you see holes in your business? What do you feel is missing?
Is it your packaging? messaging? website?

#3. Do you have an opt-in free offer on your site? (If you don’t, no sweat, I’ll help you.)

#4. Do you know your niche? Who do you want to help the most?

#5. Are you clear in your messaging? Do you suffer from writer’s blog? Are you communicating to your followers?

#6. Does your online presence on social media and your website show the world who you are and how you can help them?

#7.  Do you have a following? Do you build trust with your audience and communicate with them via social media or newsletters?

#8. Do you have ongoing connections to help build your business, and do you have avenues that you can use to connect (partner referrals)? Spas, doctor offices, gyms, and so on.

Jot all these answers down, and don’t stress if you aren’t “put together” just yet because that is why I am here – to help you.

I can promise you that if you take 30 minutes out of your day and dedicate it to building your business – you’ll soon own a thriving business.
